Meet Ms. Nesia Bamfield Blackman

Ms Bamfield Blackman serves as Information Technology Facilitator.

Guyanese born Ms. Bamfield Blackman has spent her life thus far studying, working and ministering in her country. 

After graduating with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Religious Studies from the Wesleyan Bible College, she continued her education at the Government Technical Institute to achieve a Professional Technical Lecturer Certification.  She is currently pursuing a degree in Education at the Teachers Training College.

In combination with her studies, Ms. Blackman teaches at St. Joseph High School in Georgetown and Barea Royal College International.  Her classes are concentrated in the areas of Business and Information Technology.

Since childhood, she has displayed an ardent interest in sports.  She had the opportunity to represent her country in High Jump, Long Jump, Javelin and Discus at both the national and international levels.  To date, she retains the inter-Guiana Games record in High Jump.

Early in life Ms. Blackman felt a special calling to serve God through His people.  She currently mentors as a Youth Counselor and is a Youth Minister at the Perth Wesleyan Church.  Her artistic, creative, charismatic personality has won her the hearts of many.

She travels through the journey of life practicing her five "D's"; Dream, Drive, Determination, Destiny and Divinity.
